PRICING POLICY
All Prices are quoted in USD and exclude shipping costs. Prices of product are updated seasonally when price changes are received from our suppliers.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
C'era una volta ships worldwide.
We currently use DHL as our main shipping partner.
Shipping costs are calculated and added to final payment at time of check out.
Our products are shipped from Hong Kong in 3 - 5 working days,
so overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are payable by the customer, and shipping times maybe affected by customs and processing delays.
The receiver will be responsible for al taxes and customs duties.
Orders are processed within 1 working day, if the order is placed over the week end it will be processed in the next available working day.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If for any reason you are unhappy with the item(s) that you have bought from www.ceraunavoltabambini.com, we will offer a full refund or exchange. Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase and they must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending merchandise back.
Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and not damaged or altered in any way.
Please notify us at info@ceraunavoltabambini.com providing the invoice number, description of the products you wish to return and the reason for this return. We will then inform where to return the goods. Please note that return and exchange charges will be at your cost unless an item is defective.
If you require a refund, we will credit the purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus shipping costs (and duties/custom fees if applicable). Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date we receive your returned item(s).
You can also exchange it for a different item at the same value or more provided you pay the difference.
Discounted or sale items are not to be returned or exchanged, unless they were defective.
